Resmed VPAP III ST $3,450.00

The ResMed VPAP III ST-A offers unprecedented flexibility for effective noninvasive ventilation (NIV). This BIPAP Has a Back Up Rate to set.

It combines the exclusive features of the popular VPAP III series with:

* Adjustable trigger and cycle thresholds

* A full range of clinician and patient-friendly alarms

* All this comes in the new streamlined VPAP III system solution complete with an optional, integrated humidifier

Comprehensive solutions to monitor treatment effectiveness. Synchronization is the key to effective NIV but can be difficult to attain in some patients. The new VPAP III ST-A combines time-tested synchronization features with new, adjustable settings. VPAP III ST-A provides comfortable transitions from breath to breath as well as hospital to home.

* Effective synchronization: The VPAP way Vsync™ and TiControl™—exclusive, time-tested, VPAP features optimize synchronization.

* Vsync automatic leak compensation algorithm:

* Monitors and compensates for leak

* Automatically maintains reliable trigger and cycle thresholds

* Now offers adjustable trigger and cycle thresholds—a simple choice of “low,” “medium,” or “high.”

* TiControl (Inspiratory Time Control): Allows time limits to be set at either side of the patient’s ideal spontaneous inspiratory time

* Can help prevent late cycling, as seen in large peak conditions and in patients with obstructive disorders; or early cycling, as sometimes seen in patients with restrictive disorders.

* Extra flexibility and confidence: Range of alarms and modes

* Adjustable alarms: To assess adequacy of treatment—Low Pressure, High Pressure, and Low Minute Ventilation alarms

* New Non-vented Circuit alarm—alerts to non-vented mask connection issues

Standard fixed alarms

* Power Fail, Over Pressure, Over Use, Fault, and Mask Off. Range of modes for flexible therapy

Range of Modes

1. CPAP
2. Spontaneous
3. Spontaneous-Timed
4. Timed
